Bright light

This is a house I see on my way to work. Often, there are these lights on in the bedroom. Brightest lights ever! Looks like there are street lights in there.

I wonder if they are for something medical, perhaps someone living there has Seasonal Affective Disorder.

Whichever, it's very noticeable at 8.30 on a Wednesday morning.
