Manchester street was always a popular party area because of the many night clubs and bars. Shooters doesn't look too badly damaged, but I suspect it will be demolished because it is in the East Frame of the new Central Christchurch Plan.

The Plan looks good, but will be a very long time before it is completed. However I am pleased I began this second journal to record 'wheriam' each and day to encourage me to get out to see the continual changes in the city.
