Final Open WOD

This week was the last of this year's CrossFit Open WODs. Jen had guessed it was burpees and thrusters but the organisers threw us a curved ball by combining many rounds and no time cap, just keep going until you finish. In total 84 thrusters and 84 burpees. Nasty nasty nasty!

For me the weight was already a PB (43kg up from 30kg) so I just tried to get through as much as I could. Our Coach put a time cap on (it was dangerous not to really!) and I just kept trying to get more reps until that ran out. I managed 37 thrusters and 21 burpees in total, really pleased!
