Pheasent and Bacon

We got a whole pheasant from Jen’s folks ages ago (her Dad had been given one at work after having a successful shoot) and only finally got around to cooking it up. 
Wrapped in bacon it was super tasty with some cauliflower rice!
As I said, happy David.
