The Mystery Plant!

This very pretty, colourful flower was a gift from my 3 Grandsons for Mothers' Day! I am again clueless as to what it actually is. It came with a rather amusing care instruction leaflet, telling me not to fertilise it but to keep its tube filled with water, but no info as to what it is! This was probably on a label also containing the price, which of course, my daughter removed!
