The little bay

This peaceful, secluded little bay nestles below the coastal ruins of St. Patrick’s Chapel with it’s ancient rock cut graves, stone coffins which have existed since before the Norman Conquest of 1066. The chapel has become a place of scanctity and pilgrimage, with many short walks in the surrounding area, including down to the sheltered little bay, a perfect place for picnic or just quiet contemplation. And a little paddle in the water.
