A red kite on the M40 as we drove home from our adventures.
It is incredibly difficult to photograph even such large, slow birds from a moving car! So I played around with the processing. An unmistakable silhouette, though.
The good news was that on this trip we saw kites as far over as Reading, and as far north as the Cherwell services...they're spreading fast!
