Mam - Mothers Day 2014

My mum is always lucky in March .. she gets spoilt twice. Her birthday is always around Mothers Day, if not on the same day sometimes.

We had a quiet morning as we were both a little washed out with the alcohol fuelled day 24 hours before. Mum and Dad came around for tea. I did us barbecue ribs with crispy potatoes and small sweetcorn, and we had vanilla ice cream and espresso coffee for desert. I don't know why I hadn't thought of doing it before now I have brought the Tassimo coffee maker out of retirement.

She loved her presents of ginger wine and chocolates. All in all it's not been a bad few days looking back!
