MAGNOLIA BLOSSOM

everywhere. Some very huge trees in our neighbourhoods and the flowers are overpowering beautiful.
Mischa and I walked down the hill, looking intensely at what our eyes could notice of the beauties around us.
I fancied the magnolia blossom, Mischa the 'Japanse kers'.
The weather turned from nice to rather hot and when we had to walk uphill to our home again we felt so warm and tired. Lunch did us good and some rest after that even more so.

My haiku:

Magnolia full
Pink flowers and our souls too
New paths to follow

And the proverb:

Light(ly) come, light(ly) go.

c. 1374 in Chaucher's Troylus.
