I'm officially the worst beagle mum in the whole world, I have totally ignored those beautiful eyes pleading with me to leave her where she is, and I've just returned from leaving her at the Small Animal Hospital in Glasgow. Tomorrow, Coco will have the deformed toe that has been causing her chronic pain amputated and I'm not going to pick her up until Thursday - I'm already feeling lost without her! Right, I'm putting on my brave face, Coco is young, fit and healthy but has been in pain without causing a fuss for sometime, it is a very easy operation. Any way, not to worry, her foot was x-rayed last week and she has an extra toe!
