***Cupcake Alert***

‘Do not leave unattended cupcakes on the trains or platforms please, there is a DANGER they will be consumed almost immediately!’

Yes, crazy is what people thought I was, whilst I maintained my balance on a moving train, holding my camera and taking photos of cupcakes on a seat. I simply call it ’Blipmania.'

I did get some rather nice compliments from people about the cupcakes though, and one conveniently offered to come and work in my office today too.

Made these Sticky Toffee Cupcakes on special request for Vanessa, a work colleague and great friend who is leaving tomorrow. We have had some crazy fun times working together the last 2.5 years, and we will miss her loads.
