Which is apparently - Thou shall not chew the kitchen mat.

I had absolutely no idea - it's squishy between your teeth, but has a pleasing resistance to the bite. So why not chew it? It seems it's a very special mat. Gold plated I shouldn't wonder.

I got told off three times. And the last time SHE said "RIGHT!" in that really deep voice that makes you think, oh-ho, I've done it now.

But it was a bit of a non-event, because SHE went out in the car. But you'll never ever guess what she came back with! A BEAUTIFUL hide bone.

I pounced on it that fast, I think I nipped her fingers. Whoops! But I didn't get told off again.

And you know what? I don't want to chew their manky old mat anyhow.
