Froth - Measure for Measure

A very grey and dispirited day. No wind and the Sahara sands are still hanging around. I couldn´t find any inspiration for the Shakespeare challenge and I snapped this blip without thinking I would use it. Why anyone would have a boat on this tiny puddle covered in algae and teeming with insects is beyond me. Then I noticed the FROTH to the side. So maketh the blip.
