Looking for a new recipe (it's easy to get a bit set in your ways I find) I came across a eecipe for chick pea pancakes. They pack quite a punch, four finely chopped chillies see to that! They also have loads of chopped coriander, one of my favourites.

They were easy to put together, I can see these becoming a bit of a staple.
