Evening on The Mere

I had a busy day so not much time for photography. As I had a gig with Band 2 in Stoke On Trent last night I stopped by the Mere in Ellesmere to take a quick shot of the evening light.
It was a great night and my new piano made it's debut successfully. It's only my third gig with this band (I've played in Band 1 for over 20 years) and the saxophonist's second so we had great fun playing together as we're the rhythm / bass section. Last gig we were at opposite ends of the stage so it was better being together as we could react to what each other was doing more easily.
I'm looking forward to our next outing at the end of the month!
