Male House Finch

I couldn't resist this handsome bird...sitting at the bird bath in front of an about to bloom red azalea. He was just stunning! The yard was crazy today...birds everywhere especially the little American goldfinches...I love love, love their bright yellow color. I caught one peeking out of a bush! And lastly we had a visit from a lone killdeer, who was quite bold.
