I have not much to report today. I stayed very close to home, only poking my nose outdoors very briefly. Kitchen tidied up. Crockpot filled with a roast and vegetables. Laundry done.
I did not take my second 'magic' pill last evening. I have been paying for it. Restless sleep. Aches and pains until my morning pill could catch up. I won't do that again. It was worth the remembering why I need this prescription.
