A beautiful gift...

Blip must be turning me into a photographer... I found myself stopping the car on the way home to capture this outstanding scene.

Anyone who lives in Inverclyde will recognise this view of Dumbarton rock, on the way home from Glasgow, as the M8 motorway ends.

No matter how tired, happy or otherwise I am, this view makes me feel I'm almost home.

The shining sun makes the River Clyde look spectacular. It feels like a gift to be able to stop and take it in. I'm very happy to call this place home.
