Evening calm

A bit of calm during a cycle ride for my 5x50 tonight.

Been a busy week and tonight the house is a bit livelier than usual with lots of girlie giggling as Niamh has two friends for a sleepover.

Was meant to be going to my inaugural metafit session tonight until my friend phoned to say the class was off tonight.

Quick nip home to jump on the bike before the light faded....
