Thank you for the rain

We badly needed it. The farmers are very happy today.

The rain was really too heavy for any fine droplet captures, but I found this old web being decorated by splashes off the path. It is tucked in under the eaves and was only getting hit with very find splashes.

While I was photographing it this dragon came in to sit on her hoard of jewels. Well, maybe only she thinks she's a dragon, but if she thinks it then it's true isn't it?

NOTE: I've just noticed my blip on this day last year - funny how blipping is so cyclical.
