Duck Nest

My neighbor showed me the duck nest he’s been watching out for this spring.

It seems the drake Mallards have been very aggressive in molesting the hen sitting on this nest, so he has expended quite a bit of energy chasing them away.

He saw the sitting hen Mallard lead two ducklings away earlier this morning.

The question is: Are more ducklings yet to appear?
