Blackthorn winter on the wane

The best of the sloe blossom is now past its best and the weather is really quite warm to day. We can safely say winter is far behind and any bad weather is bad weather for the time of year!

A came to lunch while his wife A is in the UAE helping her younger daughter and her family move house from Abu Dhabi to Dubai where her husband has got a new job. Good to catch up on news and put the world to rights!

Later N and I went for a walk with Tess and T went working in the fields.
