Heavy Metal Plate

I was on the lookout all day for something metal to use as my MonoMonday:Metal shot. MonoMonday is being hosted at the moment by ffredsmum (Sue:) so why not hop over for a look! : )

This heavy metal plate was set into a concrete pillar and long ago had been painted but now the rust was eating its way through the paint. There was probably once a gate here that latched onto this bit of chain, but its long gone and the plate looked so forlorn and out of place!
