Submerged!

Chantler's April 2014 Shakespeare Challenge - Submerged

"Oh, I would thou didst,
So half my Egypt were submerged and made
A cistern for scaled snakes! Go, get thee hence.
Hadst thou Narcissus in thy face, to me
Thou wouldst appear most ugly. He is married?"

Antony and Cleopatra

I didn't enough time to get to Egypt to photograph something underwater. Which is a pity. I would have liked to have taken a picture of the ruins of Alexandria under the Mediterranean....

Oh well. Instead, here are my submerged 'relics' - two bowls in a bowl of bubbling water....Shakespeare didn't invent the word 'bowl', it's old English, from 'bolla' meaning a round vessel.
