High Street

Once the centre of high fashion in Christchurch, but now a neglected derelict disgrace. I think this was the home of the Globe cafe.

A new building is almost finished just along from here, so hopefully that will prompt some action on all the damaged buildings in the street. Not much hope of repairing this mess, so surely it is time to demolish and move forward with developing a post-earthquake Christchurch city.
