Spotted this heron obviously after a share of their lunch

After a very productive meeting that resolved many of our queries about what we're going to have to do to produce the open space envisaged by everybody from the rabbit warren of little cubbyholes that are there at the moment. The big question has been how cheaply can we do this. Unfortunately, from today's meeting it looks as though the answer is not as cheaply as we'd hoped
