Expansive Scenes Of A Dutch Landscape

Minimalist tendencies take over again on one of those mornings where the sunshine is hazy. See here for one of my favorite minimalist shots which was on my mind when shooting this one.

Dutch countryside at its finest. We took the long road back along the coastal islands and across the dams. Really scenic, we hit the beach to walk the dog! Shoes got caked in argyle, but it was good fun, especially with the whole beach covered in knives at low tide. Also, driving through the industrial cities of Rotterdam is quite an experience.
