Circle of Air

AIR is one of the big rides at The Links Market, Kirkcaldy, Fife.

A full revolution takes 8 seconds so that is the length of this exposure but modern lighting is so bright that some of it is over-exposed. Without an ND filter, there is nothing I can do about it as I am already on lowest ISO and smallest aperture.

This annual fair takes place along almost a mile of Kirkcaldy's Esplanade. The rides overlook the Firth of Forth.

I intend to take some more night-shots of this fairground tomorrow so my Sunday blip will also be posted rather late in the evening.
