Easter Sunrise

Up at 4.45am, still in darkness.
5.30am Drove to the local farm at first light.
40 of us met at the portacabin, a small fire burning outside. They've been doing this for 25 years, this was my first time.
Short service and coffee and then outside to watch the sunrise. We waited 10 minutes and then were rewarded as the golden sun nudged its way up from behind the hill. A magical moment, especially as they say they've only really seen the sunrise like that three times in those 25 years!

Happy Easter Everyone!

Two more services this morning, followed by a baptism party lunch, then it will be time to collapse!
