Beck

A bit of a nice pre-Easter family day. Beck was off work so we went over to Leek in the afternoon to see my Nan and then meet up with Beck's sister for a curry at the hometown's hot new eatery (well, we'd never been and it was certainly busy for half seven on a Thursday evening when we left.) Nan was absolutely hysterical - very pleased to see us, she seems to have given up worrying that she can't always remember the correct words and was chattering away ten to the dozen instead in this curious kind of a circular scat-rap and making everybody laugh. In between times we took the kids grudgingly on a tour of the 'sites' and stopped off for a drink in the new Wetherspoons, where I managed to get a nice shot of Beck relaxing so I didn't have to use any of the photos of the backs of disused mills that I took later on (sorry, middleman...!)
