Chicken

So. Feeling a bit sorry for myself today. One of the downsides to having work done on the house is that it makes you really look at the house in detail and that's when you spot the other bits that need painting/replacing etc. And as I've whinged about before, doing it on your own, sucks.

To cheer myself up, I decided to throw some feathers around. After clearing up most of them, I realised it would be easier to simply pull up the affected bit of carpet. That led to spotting more bits of painting that need doing....

Hey ho. At least with the carpet-and-underlay pulling-up and the shifting of furniture, I'll burn off the Easter eggs I've been given.

Enough procrastinating - back to it....
