Happy Easter

As if we haven't done enough walking this weekend, (luckily I do enjoy it!) this afternoon we went for a brisk trot around a wood that is a couple of miles from us, and is renowned for its bluebells.

It did not disappoint. There are all sorts of woodland flowers out right now, but the bluebells are stunning and looked like a dazzling carpet. I'm afraid my photos do not do it justice.

I ate my Easter egg for breakfast. It was beautifully poached and served with bacon and a toasted potato farl, with a pot of Earl Grey tea. Mmmmmm.
