Tulips at the Eastlake P-Patch

4/20/2014 ~ Tulips at the Eastlake P-Patch, 2900 Fairview Aveneue E, Eastlake Neighborhood, Seattle, WA

Sunday afternoon walk through the Eastlake Neighborhood and stopped by one of our favorite spots. The Eastlake P-Patch is one of 80+ Community gardens that people can sign up for a plot for personal use to grow plants and/or food. The average wait for a plot at the Eastlake P-Patch is 4 years. Waiting times can vary by site. The P-Patches are managed by the Seattle Department of Neighborhoods and are always a joy to visit to see what folks are growing.

More information can be found here.

Hope everyone enjoyed the weekend!
