A Dish Fit for the Gods

Let’s carve him as a dish fit for the gods,
Not hew him as a carcass fit for hounds
. Julius Caesar Act II Scene 1

If Shakespeare was a chef
He’d have made a soup like this
Then he’d have fed it to the Gods
And turned their lives to bliss
Igor couldn’t be a God
He never had the latin
But with a bowl of hearty soup
It’s Heaven that he’s sat in.

I feel that a da dum should come after that last line!!

Just for the record It was me who made this hearty bean soup. With my own fair hands, with nobody’s help and I used Igor’s Le Creuset casserole dish!! (I was allowed to because according to Igor this is the finest soup known to man).
