No wild garlic today...

My walk today was less fruitful in the wild garlic dept. I was hoping to find a little more to add to the leftovers of last night's risotto - mixed mushrooms, wild garlic and toasted walnuts - which was rather yummy, but just needed a bit more kick! Oh well.

Today is a pottering about day. Doing bits and bobs around the flat, some Italian lessons, reading etc. It's great to feel I have the energy and inclination to do these things - I've slept the whole night through last night and the night before for the first time in ages! The joy of feeling rested :)
