She is Sooo Good for Blipping

Just when I thought “Oh drat….another dull day….hopeless for blipping...” I came across Molly, our Maine Coon girl perched on the boundary fence. It is one of her favourite spots. From there she can keep an eye on the neighbour’s ginger cat and also watch the starlings in the trees nearby. She adopts a very casual pose with one paw languidly hanging down and her big bushy tail displayed to the world. Just an ideal subject for today’s blip!
The big photographic convention starts here in Blenheim tomorrow. Do check out the website “The Colours of Marlborough”.
The Convention Organising Committee, of which I am a part, is frantically busy all day today with last minute tasks. Our Marlborough Camera Club is hosting the convention on behalf of the Photographic Society of New Zealand. We have an exciting and very busy program mapped out from tomorrow until the conclusion next Sunday.
I know some Blippers are coming from other parts of New Zealand. Hopefully we will have a Blip-Meet of sorts during the next few days… I will keep you posted….
