Bicycle made for two

...after yesterdays blip of the 'Mono Monday' tandem bike I have chosen another version of the tandem for tonight. This jug was given to my Mother on her 21st birthday by her Father. Mum is now in her 90s and this was always a prized possession of hers and kept safely in the china cabinet.

It is Crown Devon china and plays the tune Daisy Bell when you pick it up. On the reverse side there are the words to the song.

I am amused to see the lady riding on the front seat...
