To lively Whitstable for a meander in the sunshine around the quayside stalls offering pots and prints, fish and shellfish, clothes and fancy knickknacks. I was impressed by the speed with which this man dealt with the oysters for serving to the hungry lunchtime crowd. I would have loved to try one but my mega-allergy to mussels always holds me back ... just in case.
