Just dandy.

Day 3 of no sugar. A bit headache-y but not too bad. I told the Beloved last night that I'm sort of hoping I won't feel any different - any excuse to jump back on the chocolate-wagon :) But this morning I woke up in time and refreshed enough for a morning run, outside, in barely above freezing temps.

It makes the rest of my day so much better, being able to do that.


I was also lamenting a lack of dandelions yesterday, and look what I found today? There was also a BUTTERFLY. And something BUZZED.
I am finally believing in Spring :)

(I don't know where the purple came from, but I call it a happy processing accident. I NEVER deny the purple.)
