It has been a very noisy day here! This tall Leylandi growing by the garages had been assessed as dangerous in gale force winds, so today was the appointed day for its demise.
Two tree surgeons worked hard all day, and a huge amount of wood now lies on the ground, not to mention all the branches which went through the enormous shredder.
However, one of them brought his labrador, a friend of Russet's, so they had plenty of fun when it was safe to do so!
