Pipe dreams

Spent most of the morning crawling about and stretching. Once I had a hot bath the pain eased and mt back felt so much better.

Managed to get to the school festive concert, Eco daughter was doing some dancing. It was held in the McEwan Hall, which is fantastic building. This is amother last as Eco Daughter's last primary school christmas concert.

Came home and did more stretches and feel I can go to work tomorrow.
