Colour

Yesterday and today have been very pleasant days. Yesterday I met a friend whose grandson had just been born. There had been quite a bit of legitimate worry about the baby before he was born but he arrived bright, healthy and bouncing at a good weight. We went out for champagne and then lunch (I always had an ambition to be a man who lunches). Today I have been in church for a while, acting as the Beadle at the wedding of a fellow elder. It was a lovely simple service and moving to see.

And, I've come to a decision. I will continue to blip but slightly less often. I know that some blippers like the discipline of it. At this stage in life, I'm looking more for enjoyment and not discipline.
