Road trip to Lowestoft.... Stevie had just about caught me up when we reached Wetherby services, so we all stopped for a drink. Alexander hadn't seen Isaac or Shabby in person for 4 months until about 10 minutes ago. You wouldn't know it.

Later we got stuck in a tailback from an accident near King's Lynn and then another one near Loddon. So we didn't arrive in time for a swim but we did get a Chinese takeaway and my lovely friend Sarah came to meet me...
