Monkey on my back

Spent the afternoon on a bike ride with the family in Woodinville, followed by an incredible dinner at Purple. This morning I taught my last Body Pump class before I go on medical leave for my surgery. It was bittersweet. Received lots of love and support from my "Studio Z Family" and I know they will be there for me upon my return as well.
