Name that bridge!

This bridge over the Stour is a couple of hundred meters from my house. There are quite a lot of local structures which have a name attached - such as this one and "Pat's Gate" which is at the entrance to Westgate gardens. I like the idea - although I have no idea how Pat and Guy were chosen to provide these names; perhaps they were / are local worthies, or maybe they were labourers who built them?
