Sierra Blanca

A hot walk this morning in the Sierra Blanca (Sierra de las nieves national park). Our 'local loop' took us a few hours after which we required copious cold drinks, ice cream and a dip in the pool.

Lots of birds in the underbrush and stunted trees. The highlights today were Dartford warbler, Sardinian warbler and Pied flycatcher, but they didn't stick around long enough for an overheated cameraman to get his big lens out.
