Tumultuous Cumulonimbus

Did some overdue housework this morning and then had to dash over to see my youngest Grandson, as he wasn't feeling too well. I ended up holding the baby, (well two in fact) whilst my Daughter ran some errands.

My walk this evening was cut short by the most incredible thunder storm. I wasn't sure whether to risk staying out and braving the storm but the dogs were 'acting up' and the lightning was quite scary, so we almost ran back.
It looked amazing before the rains came down.
