Vorboði - Spring is coming

After dinner we went to the Botanic garden, to see if there were any flowers for me to photograph. There is still a bit of snow in the garden, but I found some beautiful blossoming flowers, as this yellow Eranthis hyemalis. Since the Botanic garden is right beside the hospital, afterwards we went to visit my mother (I had also visited her earlier today). Then we learned that, in the afternoon she had gotten such a terrible pain bout, that it was decided to operate on her tomorrow. Hopefully they can replace the loose screw in her hip with a new one.
