Notorious

Wasn't that a fine movie with Cary Grant and Ingrid Bergman? Well not that Notorious. This Notorious is a recreaton of a 1480's caravel, researched, designed and constructed by Graeme Wylie. The owners I believe live in Illuka. Take note OzBeachcomber. It was down for the Lake Macquarie Classic Boat show and now seems to be taking an extended holiday on Newcastle Harbour. Apparently Tony Robinson (of Baldrick/Time Team etc etc) fame visited her this afternoon. He is doing some program on the history of war here.

Well I digress. I went to the wharf as I thought it would be nice to have the solar eclipse showing between the sails. As you can see, and like the recent lunar eclipse, we got clouds. So here are two ladies and their fluffies having a good gander instead.
