Working the Tech Desk

I'm doing the tech for Lorraine's play tomorrow night so I was there this evening for the rehearsal. It is a one-off, script-in-hand performance of the piece as a 'work in progress'. Slightly more than a rehearsed reading as the actors will be moving around on stage with some props and furniture about. But the tech is very easy - lights off, lights on, lights off,... And a few sound effects to trigger, but all very simple. It's looking good though - on at Discovery 21, a newish studio theatre space in St Margarets House out at Meadowbank.
